The Foster Care (FC) Coordinator monitors and evaluates the services provided by Foster Parents, coordinates FC services, and assists families, foster families, and youth in care with appropriate services that are needed and desired. The FC Coordinator is also responsible for training and supervising direct support staff and ensures family-centered support and interventions for youth in care and foster families. This position is also subject to criminal and abuse background checks, and may require pre-employment drug screening What You Get to Do: Demonstrates competence in State and Federal standards for Therapeutic/Foster Care Services, licensing rules Assist with recruiting qualified foster parents and staff necessary to meet the needs of the youth served.…
