The role provides discreet, courteous service while respecting guest privacy and personal belongings. Service assigned guest rooms during the evening turn-down period according to hotel procedures. Prepare beds for the night and arrange bed linen neatly. Refresh the room by tidying, emptying wastebaskets, and straightening furnishings and guest items without disturbing personal belongings.
