The Laundry Supervisor oversees the hotel’s laundry, uniform and guest laundry operation, ensuring guest-room linen, towels, uniforms, guest clothes and other textiles are processed safely, efficiently, and to the hotel’s quality standards. The role supervises laundry team members (laundry attendant, uniform attendant and seamstress), coordinates daily workflow, monitors supplies and equipment, and supports a clean, organized, and service-focused operation, directly supporting housekeeping operations and overall guest satisfaction.Success in this role is reflected in consistent linen quality and availability, timely fulfillment of departmental requests, safe and efficient work practices, controlled supply use, and effective team performance.…
