Reporting to the Global Head of Business Readiness, own end-to-end Business Readiness outcomes for an assigned portfolio from intake and impact assessment through implementation, adoption, hypercare, and transition to BAU. Lead the three Associates as a pooled delivery team, set the proportionate Business Readiness approach, assure the quality of plans and evidence, manage portfolio demand and capacity, and provide formal readiness recommendations. Communications, Procedures, and Training will be delivered by partner teams that liaise with the central Business Readiness team; the Vice President is accountable for integrating their deliverables into the overall Business Readiness plan and escalating gaps or dependencies.…
