What You’ll Do Welcome clients and patients with a friendly, professional attitude and help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area. Answer incoming phone calls and emails, respond to questions, and direct client concerns to the appropriate veterinary team member. Schedule appointments efficiently while supporting daily workflow and the changing needs of a busy veterinary practice. Check clients in and out, process payments, and help ensure a smooth experience from the first call through the end of the visit.
