Manage, direct, evaluate, and monitor the Table Games department operations to ensure adherence to gaming regulations and company policies and procedures, maximize guest satisfaction and returns, and ensure the protection of company assets. Monitor and approve personnel related decisions such as hiring, discharging, performance evaluations, promotions, and the like. Review and analyze operational procedures and practices and marketing strategies to effect maximum business and revenue related to Table Games operations. Review and analyze Table Games financial activity reports. Perform and/or oversee personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, counseling, evaluating, promoting and discharging.…
