Sika is looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor to join its growing team in Sealy, TX for the roofing business. The primary function of this position is to oversee the daily operations of the Quality Control Laboratory and Quality Assurance activities at the Sealy Roofing manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for ensuring that raw materials, in-process products, and finished PVC roofing membranes meet established quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable industry specifications. As a key member of the plant leadership team, the Quality Supervisor will drive quality excellence through process control, problem solving, continuous improvement initiatives, auditing, and employee development. Supervise and develop Quality Technicians across multiple shifts.…
