Position Summary The Beer, Wine, and Spirits Lead (ABL) oversees the store's beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic cocktail operations. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring the market departments are well-stocked, organized and visually appealing. The Adult Beverages Lead also serves as the primary supervisor of the adjacent Totum Liquor Store. The ABL will play a key role in ensuring that Totum Market and Eatery and Totum Liquor Store have an on-trend and highly relevant product selection and a staff equipped with the knowledge to sell it.
