Role and Responsibilities Assemble, align, calibrate, operate, and maintain neutral-atom quantum computing systems and subsystems. Execute defined R&D tasks involving quantum processor hardware, quantum-gate protocols, laser and optical systems, calibration, control, or system integration. Translate experimental objectives into test procedures, measurement sequences, and data-analysis workflows with guidance from senior team members. Conduct experiments, analyze data, compare results with physics-based models, and communicate conclusions to the broader team. Develop and maintain Python-based tools for experiment control, data analysis, calibration, automation, and hardware integration. Test and troubleshoot assigned equipment and subsystems using established diagnostic methods.…
