About this job
We are improving how we handle Single Event lien resolution, building better tools and reporting as we grow. In this role, you’ll support the Sr. Director of Single Event in that effort. You’ll help review and update how we process work through our portal, document workflow changes and share needs with our Product and Development teams, and keep our data clean and accurate. You’ll also help track team metrics and maintain and improve the reports the team relies on, including lienholder and agency reporting. This role is a good fit for someone who understands how single event lien resolution operations work day-to-day, likes bringing order to processes and data, and is comfortable working with both operations and technical teams.
