About this job
The Estimator II supports commercial and industrial electrical estimating and preconstruction activities under a level of direction appropriate to experience and demonstrated capability. Responsibilities include document review, quantity takeoff, estimate development, labor and material analysis, vendor and subcontractor coordination, scope clarification, estimate documentation, and proposal preparation. Duties and Responsibilities: Independently completes takeoffs and estimate development for defined scopes or moderately complex projects with periodic review. Analyzes plans, specifications, schedules, and bid requirements; develops pricing and documents assumptions, exclusions, clarifications, and scope gaps.…
