As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to managers and senior leaders as we build a high-performance organization where every TRMer is engaged and operating at the top of their craft. You will coach, run org design, own performance and employee relations, and drive the programs that move retention. You will obsess over the metrics that matter: performance, business success, attrition and engagement, and turn people data into action in an AI-native culture. You will also build scalable systems and agentic workflows that provide our employees with bespoke, white-glove experiences that make TRM a meaningful place for them to grow their career.…
