About the role: As a Compliance Lead, you will support several teams across Enova's Compliance Risk & Assurance function. Priorities will shift between areas, so this role suits someone who enjoys variety and adapts quickly. The work includes building risk frameworks, supporting risk assessments, designing and executing large-scale compliance tests, and validating that compliance-related corrective actions are complete and effective.
