ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a director to coordinate all of our production operations across Anduril Intelligence Systems (AIS). The Deputy Head of Production for AIS owns short to mid-term (1-3 years) strategic development and execution, operational direction, career pathing, and vision for a product or suite of Anduril products. Your job will be to provide consistent, flawless execution for a variety of product and programs. WHAT YOU’LL DO Own all Production outcomes such as, ramp plan, NPI, Headcount, etc. Drive all people and resources to drive all production outcomes. Serve as the leader for Manufacturing Engineering, Production Test Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations.…
