They are trained and can step in during critical moments, ensuring clients and staff receive the support they need. This role requires reliability, strong crisis skills, and a commitment to teamwork and consistency. LOOKING FOR ON-CALL - Work a minimum of 64 hours per month, 2 swing shifts per week Starting pay is $17.00 an hour for all mentors.…
