This role provides day-to-day IT support for end users, classrooms, and shared systems as part of the centralized AFIT Help Desk. The position focuses on troubleshooting user issues, maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and software, and helping keep IT operations running smoothly during normal business hours. Key Responsibilities Provide client system administration support to AFIT/LS as an extension of the centralized AFIT Help Desk.
