We are seeking a licensed Land Surveyor to support residential, modular, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Southern California. The role involves both field and remote/office work, including boundary surveys, topographic mapping, construction staking, ALTA/NSPS surveys, records of survey, and legal descriptions. The position requires the ability to travel as needed throughout Southern California (and occasionally beyond) to project sites. Key Responsibilities • Perform and/or supervise field surveys using Total Station, GPS/GNSS, digital levels, and related equipment for boundary, topographic, control, and construction staking work. • Conduct title research, boundary analysis, and resolve discrepancies in accordance with California Land Surveyors’ Act and Subdivision Map Act.…
