Position Summary The Production Lead is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, assigning work, monitoring process compliance, supporting product quality, and maintaining workplace safety on TPU paint protection film production lines. The role will support production start-up, trial runs, and process knowledge transfer. The Production Lead will also coordinate routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic operator-level maintenance but will not be responsible for specialized electrical repairs requiring additional qualifications or authorization.
