Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Trial Law Clerk to join our high-volume litigation team. The ideal candidate has direct experience with ex parte applications and trial continuance procedures, excels under pressure, and can manage a large volume of trial documents with speed and precision. Lemon Law experience is a plus. Responsibilities Ex Parte Applications & Trial Continuances Draft, file, and serve ex parte applications for expert designations, expert unavailability, lead counsel unavailability, client unavailability, and trial continuances Prepare stipulations to continue trials and stipulations for expert unavailability Monitor ex parte deadlines, notice requirements, and hearing calendars Coordinate with opposing counsel on stipulated continuances Trial…
