In this position... The Market Area Coordinator (MAC) serves as the strategic market leader and primary connection point between Ford strategy, MarketSource execution, market intelligence, and dealer outcomes. The MAC is responsible for translating Ford's technician workforce priorities into a coordinated market strategy, establishing priorities for the TCS team, allocating resources based on dealer need and opportunity, and ensuring measurable improvement in technician workforce outcomes. The MAC provides strategic oversight and governance for six TCS resources while maintaining alignment with Ford Regional Teams, dealer leadership, training and education partners, New Ford Tech, and other relevant Ford business partners.
