The Service Porter plays a key role in supporting the dealership's Service Department by ensuring vehicles are properly moved, maintained, and presented while delivering exceptional customer service. This position helps maintain an organized, safe, and efficient service environment and contributes to a positive customer experience. Responsibilities: Greet customers promptly and assist with directing vehicles to designated service areas. Transport customer and dealership vehicles safely throughout the service drive, parking lot, and dealership property. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of service lanes, parking areas, customer waiting areas, and dealership grounds. Assist service advisors and technicians by locating, staging, and delivering vehicles as needed.…
