HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT The Antitrust Attorney will provide legal counsel on a broad range of antitrust and competition law matters affecting the company's operations, commercial activities, and strategic initiatives. This role will partner closely with business leaders, legal colleagues, and external counsel to identify and manage antitrust risk, support compliance initiatives, review commercial practices and agreements, and advise on the antitrust aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. The successful candidate will help ensure compliance with applicable competition laws while providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance in a complex and evolving regulatory environment.…
