What you’ll do As Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead Pigment's global recruiting organization as we scale exponentially. You'll bring our Tech, Go-to-Market, and Corporate recruiting teams together into one global function, building the team, processes, and hiring strategy needed to support our growth across North America and Europe. Reporting to the Global Head of People, you'll partner closely with executive leadership, Finance, and business leaders to deliver our hiring plans, improve recruiting performance, and ensure we attract exceptional talent.
