About this job
As a Senior Counsel, Technology & Strategic Partnerships, you will be tasked with owning three areas as an experienced technology transactions attorney on our legal team: strategic partnerships (such as OEM, technology alliance, AI and service-provider partners); commercial support for strategic initiatives; and commercial support for M&A diligence and integration. This is a new, hands-on role on a newly created team dedicated to the company's most strategic and complex commercial transactions, where you'll own your deals end to end, work side by side with the Legal Director, Strategic Deals on our most significant negotiations, and help build the playbooks and processes for a new function from day one.…
