Essential Functions: • Provide nutritional care planning for the skilled nursing guests/residents. • Ensure community is compliant with all nutritional regulatory standards. • Ensure completion of initial assessment (within 48 hours of admission) and all subsequent assessments following Senior Lifestyle procedures and in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations. • Develop and update care plans as required. • Provide written recommendations for resident’s nutritional care to Skilled Nursing Administrator and/or Director of Nursing Services and Dining Services Coordinator / Director to include: diets, meal patterns, snacks, supplements and vitamins, weight frequency, and other means of nutrition.…
