This role will be an integral part of ensuring our customers our product samples in a timely manner. What You’ll Do: Lead, monitor and support sample technician team to ensure samples are processed and shipped in a timely manner, including entering requests into inventory system as sales orders, locate material, print CofAs. Assign work instructions to personnel according to communications from management.…
