This is a highly critical role within the Markets Production Management space who will be responsible for supporting day to day activities for Equities North America trading. This individual will oversee a team of over 35 support engineers who look after algorithmic trading, high touch trading systems, and client and market connectivity. In addition to ensuring maximum uptime of the systems, this senior individual will drive initiatives to reduce support effort, automate platform resiliency, and introduce best in class observability in areas such as latency, potential performance bottlenecks, and failure detection.
