Explain recommended services and repairs, provide cost estimates, and obtain customer authorization. Coordinate workflow to maximize service department efficiency. Communicate with technicians to monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion of work. Keep customers informed throughout the service process, including repair status, timelines, and any delays. Prepare and explain repair orders and invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate service records.
