Your organizational skills and warm demeanor will help create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an outstanding experience for every guest. Maintains comprehensive knowledge of spa treatments and daily wellness experiences. Ability to recommend services and enhancements through suggestive selling. Facilitates bookings and reservations, ensuring accurate sales reconciliation and cash-out procedures. Greets all guests in a warm and welcoming manner and utilizes name recognition multiple times throughout their visit.…
