Utilize computer systems: SAP/Ariba, WBS, WCSS, EPIC, Google sheets and Microsoft Office. Review and process purchase requisitions, including receiving product, matching and approving invoices for payment, assisting the vendor throughout all stages of the order process, and ink. Purchase all job related materials except paper - cartons, cores, pallets, chipboard, atlas plates (including supplying vendor ready file for plate artwork and all specs), work with vendors for outsidework (covers) and other job related materials and production supplies Receive materials Invoice reconciliation Maintain carton inventory and new stock cartons General office duties: phone calls, filing, email, data entry Assist managers and office employees with requests for supplies/materials.…
