The Table Games Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all table games operations and supervising team members to ensure the highest standards of safety, integrity, security, and compliance with Company and regulatory policies and procedures. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, cultivating player relationships, and maintaining a positive Company image while upholding operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, coach, and support dealers to ensure optimal performance and professional conduct in assigned gaming areas. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all assigned table games and accurately calculate all payoffs and wagers.
