The Lean Continuous Improvement Coordinator is responsible for supporting and driving operational excellence initiatives throughout the facility by partnering with area leaders and associates to identify, analyze, and eliminate waste, reduce costs, and improve process efficiency. Utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles and Bosch Production System (BPS) tools, this hands-on production-floor role leads continuous improvement activities, facilitates employee engagement, supports process audits and sustainment efforts, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement. The coordinator also develops and maintains Workplace Process Instructions (WPIs) using Microsoft Office applications and supports performance measurement through key operational metrics.…
