Support the analytical testing for process development Processing of biological samples, HPLC separation, and data analysis Preparing buffers, setting up instruments, sterilization, sampling, and cleaning of systems Document laboratory activities electronically and enter process data into database. Analyze data for samples and report findings to investigators. Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs Be responsible for following safe laboratory practices and for maintaining the work area in a clean orderly and safe manner Bachelor’s in Chemistry or related science degree 1-2 years of laboratory experience Experience in the analysis of therapeutic proteins and polysaccharides using various UPLC and HPLC Techniques including HPSEC-MALS and UV.…
