The role Location: US, East Coast remote · Reports to: VP, People Foundations You'll own Dataiku's global compensation, equity and benefits strategy. The goal: programs that win in AI talent markets, are fair inside the company, scale across 18 countries, and stay financially sustainable. Our People function is lean and decentralized. You'll work directly with executives, Finance, Legal and the Compensation Committee, lead a small Total Rewards team, and have real autonomy.…
