Build the partner benefits that customers use every day—and that partners trust at scale. You’ll shape strategy, lead a high-impact team, and deliver launches with strong governance and controls. As the Executive Director, Partner Benefits Product within the Card Partner Benefits team, you will own the vision, roadmap, and operating model for a portfolio of merchant and partner benefits. You will lead a team of 10 across vertical portfolios and platform capabilities and guide complex partner relationships end-to-end, balancing iterative delivery with marquee launches.
