This individual ensures that all capability requirements, solution blueprints, and delivery outputs remain aligned to the program's overall target state. Acting as the connective layer between Discipline Product Leads, POD teams, and executive sponsors, the Central Product Lead is accountable for requirements coherence, commonality optimization, and end-to-end benefits traceability across the program lifecycle.
