The Business & Corporate Communications Senior Lead (SVP) is accountable for supporting communications for U.S. Retail Banking and Citigold at Citi, working closely with the business leaders and their teams to advance initiatives and growth plans. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of retail banking and wealth management and applies an in-depth understanding of how to leverage internal and external communications to support business objectives. Excellent commercial awareness is a necessity. Accountable for end results and comfortable with senior stakeholder management.
