Serves as a resource and guide to both candidates and Medical Staff leaders in the requisition, recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, retention and off-boarding processes. The Onboarding Specialist supports the onboarding and integration of employed, affiliated, and independent providers, ensuring a consistent onboarding experience and fostering provider engagement across the Munson Healthcare system.
