Responsibilities All Senior Operator core tasks plus the following: Independently executes assigned job functions, applying thorough process knowledge and providing hands-on training to new or less experienced team members. Able to work in wide range of weather conditions Directs and coordinates individual operational activities, sets and adjusts manpower schedules according to production needs, and steps in as shift/group leader as required. Develop and maintain project schedules; anticipate and resolve scheduling issues; assist with scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities; collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate projects and workflow.
