Responsibilities: Assists with the selection of new team members. Conducts orientation and training of new and existing staff. Monitors the orientation of staff and identifies further instructional needs. Assist with scheduling staff for adequate coverage to meet the needs of the department; maintains attendance records. Prioritizes, assigns and reviews work; provides feedback to the manager regarding staff performance. Assists the manager in establishing and evaluating performance expectations for staff.…
