About this job
As Execution & Portfolio Management Lead, you'll run our LOI and lease negotiations and manage a portion of the existing portfolio. You'll report to the Director of Strategic Real Estate. When the Investments team reaches LOI on a new site, you'll take over and lead the negotiation through lease execution. You'll also own a set of existing sites, including renewals, in-building expansions, terminations, and the landlord relationships, and you'll work directly with the division teams who use that space. This is a senior negotiation and portfolio strategy role, not lease administration or space planning. We're looking for someone who has led a large number of office and industrial lease negotiations and can judge which terms matter most for a given site and business need.…
