Role Summary The Regional Field Services Lead owns the delivery of CloudFactory's field services across the United States. You will oversee a distributed team of field technicians who work in active construction sites - capturing data with 360° cameras, producing the visual data and installing beacons powering our client's operations. This is a service delivery role at its core. You will make sure every scheduled capture and installation happens on time, meets quality standards and lands within agreed SLAs, while keeping costs, staffing and site relationships healthy.
