Description Cal Farley's Boys Ranch is a nonprofit child and family service organization that provides residential family-style living in a rural setting for boys and girls in need of a safe, home-like environment. We are currently seeking House Parents to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct care services and creating a home-like environment for children in need. Please Note: This position is based at our main campus in Boys Ranch, Texas, located approximately 40 miles northwest of Amarillo. Applicants from across the country are welcome to apply, but relocation to Boys Ranch is required. The House Parent plays an instrumental role in creating a positive and nurturing environment for children who need a safe place to call home.…
