The Director of Facility Partnerships and Clinical Support serves as NIVA Health’s primary clinical, relationship, and growth representative for assigned Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and Independent Living communities. A central responsibility of this position is establishing NIVA’s initial presence and first meaningful touchpoints within prospective and newly contracted facilities. The Director builds early trust with facility administrators, nursing leadership, clinical teams, and other key stakeholders; identifies facility-specific clinical and operational needs; and aligns NIVA’s wound care services with those needs.…
