Works closely with Sales, Legal, and other contracting stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical requirements Updates, builds, and maintains contract workflows in Ironclad CLM for all contract types Updates, builds, and maintains notifications, approvals, obligations within CLM Updates contract templates and clauses when approved changes are submitted Maintains contract library including permissions, metadata, and views Maintains knowledge base of CLM process, tool, and training documentation Supports initiatives including M&A to onboard new contract types to CLM Imports legacy contract data to CLM repository as required Configures security settings and user permissions within CLM Leverages technology to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of the contracts record…
