About the role We're looking for a fractional Video Director to own our video program from strategy through production to quality. Video has become one of our fastest-growing services. We have more than 100 videos in production across clients right now. Our current setup of agencies, freelancers and an overstretched producer isn't scaling on quality or cost. You'll fix that. That means sourcing the right partners, setting the quality bar, building the workflow, and standing behind the work with clients. The work doesn't look like a traditional brand shoot. Our videos are built to be found and cited. That means YouTube videos, social-friendly clips, expert interviews and explainers that answer the questions buyers ask AI. Clarity and usefulness matter more than production polish.…
