DISA Tech is seeking a Director of Operations to lead site and operational execution in Casper, WY campus (primary base). This role owns production and unit delivery end-to-end—from engineering handoff through build, commissioning, and customer support—while directing supply chain, production, technicians, and project management teams. The ideal candidate brings experience scaling equipment manufacturing or industrial technology operations, implementing quality and project control systems, and leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment. Reporting closely to the President, the Director will also serve as a strategic thought partner on scaling decisions, own safety and quality culture (with the HSO reporting into this role), and represent operations externally with customers…
