We are seeking a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist who is Lymphedema Certified to join our home health team and provide specialized care to patients managing lymphedema in the home setting. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about improving quality of life through skilled, compassionate, and evidence-based care. Therapist can manage a mixed caseload of home health patients, including individuals with lymphedema as well as patients with orthopedic, neurologic, post-surgical, chronic condition, and functional mobility needs.
