Ford Racing is seeking a technically capable and collaborative leader to supervise driveline delivery for 30MY and 31MY Powertrain programs. This role focuses primarily on driveline systems and integration within diesel and gasoline powered vehicles, working across vehicle program teams, powertrain functions, manufacturing, suppliers, and other partners. The successful candidate will bring strong driveline knowledge, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to lead teams through complex problem solving.
