The Slate product team is responsible for managing the Slate Edge and the Slate card portfolio, two value products that provide lending flexibility and credit access to our customers. In this role, you will own a card product’s overall performance, define the core value proposition and customer experience, advocate for policies and procedures that benefit the firm and its customers, and bring new card products and features to life for customers. Using your understanding of the needs of the customer segment, internal processes, P&L acumen, and levers we use to drive customer acquisition and engagement, you will dive into various aspects of our Slate products and target segments to identify opportunities to profitably advocate for our customers and expand Slate to serve more customers.…
